Terms of Service

1. Overview

This Terms of Service agreement is a binding contract between you and BuffStreams. By using any BuffStreams website, app, or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use BuffStreams.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Types

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Annual
• Annual Billed Monthly
• Pay-Per-View (PPV)
• Free Trials
• Special/Promotional Packages

All fees are prepaid, auto-renewing, and non-refundable unless required by law.

Free Trials

• Automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
• You only receive one trial.
• Cancelling early may immediately end access.

Annual Billed Monthly

If you cancel before 12 months are complete, an Early Termination Fee applies.

PPV Purchases

• All sales are final.
• No refunds or price protections.
• Access may be time-limited.

Third-Party Billing

If you subscribed through Apple, Roku, etc., you must cancel through that service.

Price Changes

BuffStreams may change prices with notice; changes take effect next billing cycle.

3. Account Rules

• You must be 18+ or have parent/guardian permission.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must keep your info accurate.
• No sharing or selling your login.

4. Using the Platform

You may use BuffStreams only for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

Prohibited actions include:

• Copying, recording, or redistributing content
• Bypassing geographic or DRM restrictions
• Hacking, scraping, or using bots
• Overloading BuffStreams’s systems
• Using unauthorized devices

Your Responsibilities

• Your internet connection
• Your device and equipment
• Using a compatible device

5. Content

• Content availability may change at any time.
• BuffStreams does not guarantee accuracy.
• Access may vary by location or rights.

Any content you submit (“Your Content”) may be used by BuffStreams royalty-free.

6. Privacy & Data

• Governed by BuffStreams’s Privacy Policy.
• BuffStreams may use personal information as described in that policy.
• BuffStreams may use non-personal data for any purpose.

7. Termination & Suspension

• BuffStreams may suspend or terminate you for violations or non-payment.
• No refunds for terminated accounts.
• You may cancel anytime; service continues until current billing ends.

8. Technology & Intellectual Property

All BuffStreams technology, software, content, and branding belong to BuffStreams. You receive no ownership rights.

9. Disclaimers

BuffStreams provides all services “as is” with no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability.

10. Limitation of Liability

BuffStreams’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, and BuffStreams is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to compensate BuffStreams for losses caused by your misuse of the platform.

12. Copyright Issues

DMCA processes apply for copyright complaints and counter-notices.

13. Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Arbitration)

Most disputes must be settled through binding arbitration, not court. There is no jury trial or class action participation allowed.

Before Arbitration

You must send a written dispute notice and participate in a 60-day informal resolution period.

Exceptions to Arbitration

• Intellectual property disputes
• Small claims court
• Cases seeking only injunctive relief

Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using BuffStreams by emailing privacy@crackstreams2.us.

14. Governing Law

New York law governs the agreement.

15. SMS Terms

• You may receive automated texts if you opt in.
• Message/data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.

16. Changes to Terms

BuffStreams may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the new version.
